This week saw major progress beneath the surface as sewerage and water infrastructure was laid throughout the construction site at Marina Bay.

This week marks the true start of vertical construction at Marina Bay Lombok, with our crews officially breaking ground on the first resort-side villas.

This week at Marina Bay Lombok marked a turning point both on the ground and behind the scenes.

Week 7 at Marina Bay Lombok was all about turning plans into reality. Our surveyors spent the week conducting detailed land scans and pegging out the site; a key milestone in transitioning from design to delivery.

This is the moment we’ve been building toward; construction is officially underway at Marina Bay City.

Week 5 brought some of the first big visual changes to the site at Marina Bay Lombok, with two key upgrades now complete; power infrastructure and project signage.

In Week 4, the team at Marina Bay Lombok carried out extensive on-site drilling to support structural planning and assess groundwater availability.

Week 3 at Marina Bay Lombok focused on the detailed site survey and masterplanning for the villa development zone.

This week at Marina Bay Lombok, geoelectric scanning was carried out across the site to assess soil conditions and underground water flow ahead of foundational work.

The journey officially began this week at Marina Bay Lombok, with road clearing works underway across the development site.
