Week 3 at Marina Bay Lombok focused on the detailed site survey and masterplanning for the villa development zone.

The Marina Bay team including CEO Adrian Campbell, representatives from Wika Gedung, and architects from Kram Space Thailand conducted a full land walk-through, joined by local officials including Sekotong’s Village Head, Mr. Haji Sunjayadi.

Together, they reviewed:

• Villa boundaries and masterplan alignment
• Land access via existing limestone roads
• Conditions for drainage, compaction, and utility connection
• Layout placement for 80 modular villas: 50 Type A (1BR) and 30 Type B (2BR)

The survey confirmed that the land is suitable for development with minimal grading. Discussions also covered access road improvements, water and electricity logistics, and production timelines for upcoming villa construction.

This collaborative site review ensures every villa is positioned for optimal land use, ocean view potential, and infrastructure efficiency. The outcome marks a key milestone in shifting from masterplan to real-world execution.
