Week 7 at Marina Bay Lombok was all about turning plans into reality. Our surveyors spent the week conducting detailed land scans and pegging out the site; a key milestone in transitioning from design to delivery.

The pegging process involved marking out the exact locations for internal roads, villa lots, resort zones, and community areas, all based on the approved masterplan. Colour-coded flags and pegs now line the property, clearly defining where homes will rise, pathways will flow, and shared spaces will come to life.

It’s the first time the Marina Bay Lombok layout is visible on the land itself; not just on paper. What was once a digital plan is now physically staked out, ready for the next phase of construction.

This stage also enables teams to plan earthworks and utility routing with precision, reducing delays and keeping the build efficient and on track.
