This is the moment we’ve been building toward; construction is officially underway at Marina Bay City.

With the land cleared, water testing complete, and boundaries pegged, our team has begun foundational work across several key sites.

Initial building activity includes early-stage works on villa foundations, underground services, and retaining structures. It’s the first time vertical progress will begin appearing on-site, turning outlines into reality.
