The ownership of PT Marina Bay Investments is:
  • 50% — PT Marina Bay Group (an Indonesian company under Kinnara Asia)
  • 50% — Azure Wave (a foreign entity owned by Jamie McIntyre)

Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (CSPA) exists between PT Marina Bay Group and Azure Wave; however:
No conditions of the CSPA have been fulfilled.
No shares have transferred. No party has obtained full ownership or control.
