This week marks the true start of vertical construction at Marina Bay Lombok, with our crews officially breaking ground on the first resort-side villas.

With worker camps completed last week, our team has moved into a fast-paced dual-shift schedule, working day and night to accelerate progress. Rebar is being cut, tied, and installed across the site, with footings being formed and the first foundations already visible. The shape and structure of individual villas are beginning to emerge from the earth.

Activity across the site has doubled, with separate day and night crews rotating to keep momentum high. The speed of execution, combined with strong project planning and onsite accommodation, is helping us stay well ahead of schedule.

From here on, every week will bring more visible transformation as walls go up and the Marina Bay Lombok villa precinct begins to take real shape. Weekly video and photo updates will continue to provide a behind-the-scenes look at the journey.
