This week saw major progress beneath the surface as sewerage and water infrastructure was laid throughout the construction site at Marina Bay.

Our on-ground team worked trench by trench to install the essential piping and drainage systems that will serve every villa in the first construction zone. These underground connections are a key step in enabling long-term utility access, supporting daily water use, and managing waste across the estate.

With those systems now in place, the construction crew shifted focus to final preparations for the first concrete pour. Steel reinforcements and formwork are in position, with each villa’s footprint clearly visible as the next stage begins.

From below ground to above, every layer is being carefully constructed to meet the long-term vision of the masterplan.
